BACK TO SKULLS

Andddd...we are back at it again. Today was my first day of classes for my third semester at FIT.

My outfit for success = head-to-toe black with a foil scarf. Naturally.

Throughout the day, I paused to take a few snaps of other fashionistas on campus who were rocking black their own way. Check them out!

Let me know which is your favorite look.

Also, I'm taking an online course this semester, where I have to blog weekly. So, for the next 10 weeks, I will be blogging about topics my professor assigned. The focus is on the fashion industry. If you are a reader, bear with me. I'm going for an A, nothing less.

Buonanotte!

EID MUBARAK

Eid marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic Holy Month of Sawm or fasting.

Eid is determined by watching the cycle of the moon. This year, Eid landed on July 28th. It is a religious holiday when Muslims would gather with their friends and family to celebrate by having a feast and doing good deeds. Aside from exchanging "Eid Mubarak!" (which means "Blessed Eid") and devouring samosas, my favorite thing about Eid has to be admiring my friends wearing gorgeous outfits. Below are several looks I collected from them!

Maybe one day, I'll be wearing a Salwar Kameez!

May
